Cara Lococo joins Phoenix Senior Living as the Director of New Development Sales. She will lead the charge to lease up and stabilize Phoenix’s new development communities. Cara is an award-winning sales leader with over a decade of experience in senior living. Her deep background includes experience in sales, training development, and resident programming. Early in her career, she excelled as a community sales director and progressed to regional and corporate sales leadership roles, most recently serving as a Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Cara holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Eastern Kentucky University and a Recreational Therapy certification from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She lives in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband Nicholas, and their three children. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family traveling, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and South Carolina Gamecocks.
