My mom has greatly improved since coming to the Phoenix five months ago. She has dementia, and if she wasn’t at the Phoenix, I don’t think that she would be on as good of a mental level as she is now. My family attributes her doing so well to being at the Phoenix. Here, she’s active, she eats three meals a day, and she’s spending time with other people.

I’m a minister’s wife and have been in numerous communities, and I’ve never been in one that administers the quality of care that The Albany provides. The staff is engaging and interacts with residents according to their personalities. The community is always clean and comfortable. They’re very welcoming.
– Jackie S.
It is a place that people care about the people that are here.
– Cynthia D.
Absolutely, I would recommend The Phoenix at Albany. I have been to 3 different ones, and this one is significantly better than anything I have seen.
