Best of the Nest is Phoenix Senior Living’s highest resident recognition, created to honor the remarkable individuals whose lives, legacies, and character have left a lasting imprint on our communities. Each year, residents across all Phoenix communities are nominated by associates and peers who see firsthand the impact they make through their stories, service, resilience, and presence. From these nominations, our associates thoughtfully review and select the ten most impactful stories – those that exemplify the heart of our mission and spirit of the Phoenix. 

More than an award, Best of the Nest is a celebration of humanity. Our honorees represent the inventors, veterans, caregivers, neighbors, leaders, and unsung heroes whose lives enrich our hallways every single day. Their experiences remind us why it is a privilege to serve, to listen and to learn from the generations who came before us. 

This is our tribute to their journeys, their contributions, and the way they continue to inspire the Phoenix family.
