Meet Kerri Kitchens

Executive Director – The Phoenix at Lake Joy

Kerri Kitchens joined Phoenix Senior Living with 10 years of leadership experience in Middle Georgia. Kerri has worked in the financial services industry as well as the Georgia foster care system.

Kerri has a bachelor’s degree from Mercer University in Human Services and a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia College & State University with a Master’s in Business Administration.

Her diverse and successful experience includes working with children, young adults, individuals and families using an approach tailored to the unique needs of each new individual. Kerri believes that change happens when people are given the help they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. Kerri provides an environment of compassion and support to help individuals and families overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive in a purposeful environment.

Kerri has lived and worked in the Middle Georgia area for over 25 years. She currently lives in Perry with her two young boys (that she adores!), Griffin and Grayden.
