The communities now managed by Phoenix Senior Living include The Neighborhood at Decatur (formerly Morningside of Decatur) in Decatur, Alabama; The Neighborhood at Auburn (formerly Morningside of Auburn) in Auburn, Alabama; and Legacy Heights Senior Living Community in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Neighborhood at Auburn provides personalized assisted living in a cozy, single-floor setting designed to foster connection and accessibility. Residents enjoy amenities including a library, internet access, and a full calendar of social programs such as bingo, walking clubs, and social hours.
Legacy Heights Senior Living Community, an award-winning community in Charlotte, North Carolina, offers assisted living and memory care services along with upscale amenities including a movie theater, salon, scheduled transportation, and diverse lifestyle programming tailored to residents’ interests and needs.
