Founder and CEO Jesse Marinko and President Seth Pesek discuss Phoenix Senior Living’s growth and its strong connection to the company’s hometown of Roswell, Georgia.

ROSWELL, Ga. — September 29, 2026 — Phoenix Senior Living Founder and Chief Executive Officer Jesse Marinko and President Seth Pesek recently joined Roswell Inc President and CEO Steve Stroud and Business Development Manager Shannon Harrison for an episode of the organization’s Roswell Brew Talks podcast.

During the conversation, Marinko and Pesek discussed the story of Phoenix Senior Living, the company’s continued growth across the United States and the importance of Roswell, Georgia, as the home of PSL’s national headquarters.

“Roswell has been home to Phoenix Senior Living for nearly a decade, and the city has always been good to us,” said Marinko. “As we have grown into a national organization, Roswell has remained an important part of who we are. We are proud to call this community home and grateful for the relationships and support that have helped us grow here.”

Founded in 2014, Phoenix Senior Living now manages 55 senior living communities across 10 states. Although its management portfolio extends throughout the Southeast and beyond, the company continues to bring directors, department leaders and other associates from across its communities to Roswell each year for leadership development, training and companywide events hosted in various locations in the city of Roswell.

Those gatherings include Phoenix Senior Living’s annual EPIC Gala, which celebrates outstanding associates and community leaders, as well as the company’s annual cornhole tournament and numerous departmental training programs.
