For Immediate Release
ROSWELL, Ga. – May 14, 2026 – Phoenix Senior Living, a Roswell, Georgia-based senior living operator, today announced the appointment of Scott Lindsay as Vice President of Business Optimization, further strengthening the company’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and scalable growth across its expanding portfolio of senior living communities.
Lindsay brings more than 25 years of senior living experience spanning operations, systems implementation, compliance, reporting, policy development, and organizational support. Most recently, he served as Chief of Staff for Principal Senior Living Group in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he oversaw day-to-day operational functions.
The appointment comes as Phoenix Senior Living continues expanding its operational infrastructure and technology platforms to enhance the associate and resident experience. Lindsay will lead efforts to optimize processes through the evaluation of and implementation of cutting-edge technologies within Phoenix’s established scalable support frameworks.
“Scott’s deep operational knowledge, systems expertise, and people-first leadership make him an exceptional addition to the Phoenix team,” said Seth W. Pesek, President of Phoenix Senior Living. “He understands senior living from the ground up and has spent his career building the processes and infrastructure that help operators perform at a higher level. As Phoenix continues to grow, Scott will play a critical role in helping us scale thoughtfully while keeping our focus on the associate and resident experience.”
Throughout his career, Lindsay has held leadership positions ranging from Executive Director to Operations Support and Chief of Staff, with experience opening new communities, leading transitions, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and developing operational leaders.
“I’m excited to join an organization with such a strong culture, clear mission, and genuine momentum,” said Scott Lindsay. “What drew me to Phoenix was the depth of its operational platform and the quality of the people behind it. I look forward to building on that foundation – optimizing systems, implementing new technologies and processes that support our associates, residents, and leadership teams – and contributing to a company I believe is setting the standard for what senior living can be.”
Lindsay earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Gerontology from the University of West Georgia.
