ROSWELL, Ga. — August 26, 2026 — Phoenix Senior Living has been named the 44th-largest senior living provider in the United States in Argentum’s 2026 Largest Providers Report, rising 15 positions from No. 59 in 2025.

Argentum also included Phoenix Senior Living among the providers “On the Fast Track,” recognizing the company’s significant upward movement in the national rankings.

The annual report ranks 150 of the nation’s largest senior living providers and offers industry data on operational scale, geographic reach, workforce, leadership representation and growth. The 2026 rankings are based largely on provider-reported information representing operations as of December 31, 2025.

At the end of the report’s measurement period, Phoenix Senior Living reported 4,042 senior living units and 2,812 associates. The Roswell, Georgia-based company has continued to grow during 2026 and now manages 55 senior living communities across 10 states.

“Moving from No. 59 to No. 44 in one year is an important milestone, but the ranking represents much more than growth,” said Jesse Marinko, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Senior Living. “It reflects the confidence of our capital partners, the dedication of our associates and the trust residents and families place in our communities every day. We have continued to grow in 2026, and we remain focused on building the leadership, systems and culture necessary to support that growth responsibly while preserving the personal connections that define Phoenix Senior Living.”

Summer Blizzard Recognized Among Women in Senior Living Leadership

The Argentum report also recognized Summer Blizzard, Senior Vice President of Administration at Phoenix Senior Living, in its section highlighting women serving in C-suite roles among the nation’s largest senior living providers.

“Summer has played an essential role in helping Phoenix Senior Living grow with greater discipline, consistency and accountability,” said Seth Pesek, President of Phoenix Senior Living. “Her influence reaches across nearly every part of our organization, and she has earned the trust of our community leaders, capital partners and Home Office team. Argentum’s recognition is well deserved and reflects both Summer’s individual leadership and the important role women continue to play in guiding the future of senior living.”

Argentum’s 2026 report notes that women represent approximately 75% of the senior living workforce and hold 71% of community management positions, yet occupy approximately 40% of executive management roles. The report examines the industry’s progress in developing and advancing women into positions with enterprise-wide leadership responsibility.
