Phoenix Senior Living officially welcomes The Pearl at Fort Mill, formerly known as Autumn Leaves of Fort Mill, to our family. The community is in the South Charlotte metro area on the South Carolina side in Fort Mill. The Pearl at Fort Mill offers 50 total memory care units with personalized suites available to accommodate the needs of every senior. CEO and Founder, Jesse Marinko, stated “This is a great opportunity for us to grow our South Carolina footprint and serve seniors in the Charlotte Metro area. Being able to add a community that aligns directly with our brand of high quality and touch is exciting and present a unique opportunity that otherwise would have to be accomplished through self-development.”

The Pearl at Fort Mill offers leading-edge, personalized care to serve seniors with memory loss, which will allow them to live as independently as possible in a safe, loving, and caring environment. The community will implement Phoenix Senior Living’s Live, Love, Learn philosophy, which will be incorporated into each aspect of their care programs. Through this philosophy, a sense of purposeful living is cultivated in each resident, based on his or her own unique gifts and life experiences.

The community will develop its care programs to coincide with the National Wellness Institute’s Six Dimensions of Wellness; Emotional, Physical, Cognitive, Occupational, and Spiritual Wellness.
